Overview about the Project
At Vjmobility VZW, we are committed to helping people with spinal cord injuries and mobility challenges regain independence, confidence, and joy in everyday life. Founded by Jimmy Verstraete — who has been wheelchair-dependent since a motorcycle accident in 2015 — our mission is rooted in real-life experience and a deep understanding of modern mobility needs.
With a background as an automotive technician, Jimmy designed his own assistive mobility solutions when he needed them most. Today, he uses that technical expertise and personal journey to support others in choosing the right mobility aids, adaptive equipment, and customized wheelchair solutions.
